Lalvin QA-23 Wine Yeast is ideal for fermenting Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Chardonel, Gewürztraminer, and Fruity Wines and does well at lower fermentation temperatures. It provides the passion fruit flavor common to Sauvignon Blanc.
